Paella is the most famous authentic national dish of Spain. Come and learn how to prepare this wonderful and tasty meal. The group will be divided in teams that will have to make the paella following the instructions in the recipe and led by the gastronomes that will be helping and supporting. Once the paellas are finished, they will be blind tasted and judged on different criteria by the master gastronome or chef.

For nearly two hours we show you how we work in the winery, all the processes for making red and white wines.
To end we will taste three of there more significant wines. .
Lunch at the winery restaurant. The lunch consists in a great aperitif of 6 dishes, main course, bread, dessert, coffee, wines, and water.

We will have the opportunity to visit two reference cellars of Penedes, where they show respect and sensitivity for the environment as much as for the wines they produce.
