Make your own Brandy with tasting course

a Use your creativity and make a work of art: make your own brany blend. |
• Arrival to the cellar: complete visit of their premises. Our oenologist will explain the elaboration of Brandy through several samples of distillates (4-6 different distillates) until the final product with different aging methods (solera and static).
• Inside the cellar, in the middle of the barrels “Make your own Brandy”. Our oenologist will explain the different types of blends, qualities, characteristics, tastes, varieties, aging,… so you can make a Brandy on your own style and taste.
• Departure to the old manor house of the winery: Brandy Tasting course with the tasting of 5, 10, 20 Brandies, Jaime I and Orange Liquor with dried fruits and chocolate
• Optional pairing gourmet lunch in the private restaurant of the cellar
The activity includes:
• Complete visit to a Brandy cellar
• Tasting of different distillates
• Tasting course with a 5, 10, 20 year old aged Brandy, Jaime I and Orange Liquor with dried fruits and chocolate
• Gourmet lunch with pairing wines
• 2 bottles per person: a 10 year old aged Brandy and a reserve red wine
• Venue included
• All local taxes
